This vigin mixed bed DI resin is for general-purpose deionization, including pure water window cleaning and solar panel cleaning. The contrasting resin beads make the mixed bed easy to identify at a glance, with black CN8-H cation resin blended 50:50 by volume with SBG1P-OH anion resin. The formulation is also designed to reduce the familiar “fishy” odor associated with some DI resins. In a window cleaning setup, it serves as the DI stage, removing remaining dissolved ions before the purified water reaches the water-fed pole. It can be used in DI-only systems or as the final polishing stage after RO filtration.
