This ultra low pressure reverse osmosis membrane element is designed for water purification systems processing TDS source water lower than 2000 ppm. It removes dissolved solids and impurities after pre-filtration and is intended for surface water, groundwater, tap water, and municipal water with total dissolved solids below 2000 ppm. The membrane fits into 40" RO stages of water fed window cleaning and purification workflows where higher flow is required at moderate operating pressures.
Key Features:
- Ultra low pressure reverse osmosis membrane element
- Designed for low-TDS feed water sources
- High rejection rate for dissolved solids
- Optimized for higher flow at standard tap and boosted pressures
- Intended for integration into RO or RO/DI systems
Specs:
- For 40" housings
- Average permeate production: 2500 gallons per day
- Flow rate:
- 0.8–0.88 GPM at 70 PSI, 72°F
- Approx. 1.3 GPM at 110 PSI, 70°F
- Operating pressure range: 60–150 PSI
- Rejection rate: >99%
- Maximum operating temperature: 113°F
Storage Notes:
- Store above 34°F
- Do not allow the membrane to freeze
Performance Reference:
Rated flow is based on 77°F water temperature and 80 PSI input pressure. Actual output varies with water temperature and pressure. Flow rates decrease in colder water and increase with higher pressure. Performance may vary from reference charts depending on system configuration and water conditions.
All values represent estimated flow rate in GPM, based on a 1.0 GPM rating at 77°F and 80 PSI.
